Do I need to know anything about websites?

No. You know your business, and we handle the technical side, from your domain to hosting. We’ll ask the right questions along the way.

I got a preview from you. What is it?

A concept for a website we made for your business, free and without obligation, so you have something real to look at. It sits on a private link on preview.webupsolutions.com that isn’t listed anywhere or shown in search results, and a banner makes clear it isn’t your official website. We take it down after 45 days, or straight away if you ask: just reply to our email. More about previews.

What does it cost?

£15 a month, £0 upfront, including your domain and hosting. There are no hidden fees and no minimum term, so you can cancel anytime.

What’s the founding offer?

If you’re one of our first ten customers, your first 3 months are free. In return, we ask for a short testimonial and permission to show your site as our work.

Can I change things later?

Yes, big or small. New prices, opening hours, photos or a whole new section: just tell us and we’ll update it.

What happens if I cancel?

Your site comes down at the end of the month. If you want your domain, we transfer it to you for free, so you keep your name.

Will it work on phones?

Yes. Every website we build works on phones, tablets and desktops.

Who will I be talking to?

Aaron and Jan, the two people building your site. No call centre, no account managers.
